Pierre Paulin 1965 Tulip Chair

Pierre Paulin designed the “Tulip Chair” in 1965. Atop a metal frame, a foam core is covered by a choice of upholstery. Clearly, Paulin was inspired by the opening petals of the flower, which gives the chair its line. (via Retro To Go).
