The Torino

Now that Charlie Sheen is on twitter and we’ve forgotten about Kanye West’s desire to “step up his credenza game,” we can resume discussing furniture without saying things like #swag. (Side thought: Does Lil’ B own furniture?).

We like Californian designer Jory Brinham‘s prototype “The Torino” for two reasons – 1. he’s used primarily scrap plywood and bits from past projects (we are into sustainability round here) and 2. the lacquered fluting is a nice contemporary take on traditional woodworking. Balance of wood and bright hits of orange don’t hurt (our eyes) either.

More looks after the jump.
