On the quest for the perfect white shirt, we are visited by another Los Angeles startup, Another Basic. Another Basic sent over a batch of their crewm v-neck, and henley for a review. What I look for in the basics game is fit. Does it provide me with a better fit than the triple packs I can purchase at a big box store? Second, is the quality of the cotton and stitching on the garment proper? Luckily for Another Basic, both hold true. The fit on the vneck, including the drop length, fall properly when worn and the supima cotton used in the garment make them some of the softest on the market. Husband-and-wife founders Jiho Chong and Shirley Kim look to have done the basics right. Today, if you are looking for a premium basic t-shirt, the options are wide open and it would seem that Los Angeles and it’s garment industry is leading the push. Another Basic is a clear choice.
