Continuing on the architecture tip, we turn to another fan of concrete and simple lines, the incredibly talented London architect David Adjaye. OBE no less. Named Designer of the Year at 2011′s Design Miami, he’s worked on numerous projects worldwide including the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington DC, the Nobel Peace Centre in Oslo and homes for the late Alexander McQueen, Jake Chapman, Juergen Teller and Ewan McGregor. Crane TV catches up with him at the Smithsonian in Miami to chat winning awards and sources of inspiration.
