This Franco-Belgian ale is open fermented, which basically means there’s no lid on it, so the wild yeasts are given more to eat based no what flutters down into the fermenting barrel out of the air. It’s also aged in oak and comes in a 750ml bomber, giving it more complexity than any mere bottle of wine you could bring to a dinner party.
