“Up on the Roof: New York’s Hidden Skyline Spaces” Book

This looks to be an amazing if not unique view of New York City. Photographer, Alex MacLean has captured and collection images of New York from the “top floor” inside Up on the Roof: New York’s Hidden Skyline SpacesUp on the Roof: New Yorks Hidden Skyline Spaces Book.The book collects MacLean’s photography reveals “a hidden world of amazing complexity, diversity, and life. Alongside the city’s famous water towers are pools, sunbathers, tennis courts, art, restaurants, gardens, and solar panels.” An amazing array of unknown rooftop environments many may not be aware of are showcased as is the potential for useable green space as pointed out in the release.
