A new food, culture and arts magazine, Gourmand was born out of London’s increasing obsession with all things meal related. “The Gourmand is inspired not only by a true passion for food and dining but by the exciting influx of new restaurants, bars, cafe’s, stalls and ingredients that are increasingly available to us.” While the publication is produced out of the capital, its reach is international covering The Roadside Cafés of South India, Crocodile fishing in Australia and traditional Swedish food.
