We take another look at the J. Lindeberg collection for Spring Summer 2013 as shown during New York Fashion Week. Their presentation showcases the “final” looks in the collection for the season. Previously shown in Stockholm.
Designer Jessy Heuvelink describes “I’m inspired by the geometrical shapes created by nature. The diversity; the colours, lines and textures.” A mix of casual and tailoring, it’s the smart suits that really impress, most notable the sharp double breasted jacket above. If our man hadn’t been cut off at the waist you’d see this teamed with an excellent pair of selvedge pleated denim featuring the increasingly popular unfinished hem. A jean that shouldn’t work but does so convincingly.
