Inspired by his days as a youth living in Venice, founder and designer Ernest Sabine takes the well-suited American man on a romantic trip to Italy for Ernest Alexander Spring/Summer 2014. Classic tailoring exist in micro-florals, pinstripes and camo, accented by the collection’s assortment of strong bags (as would be expected from a brand that was first founded on the product category). Briefcases and carryalls also come in camo along with a few other colors, but the most eye-catching are the carryalls with a charcoal wax finish that give the otherwise dandy looks a rugged touch.
