See the All-White Atrium House that Slopes Along the Landscape

Fran Silvestre Architects bring us Casa del Atrio, or Atrium House, in Valencia, Spain. The house is characterized by expansive, all-white walls and a spaciously open interior. The structure was sloped in accordance to the landscape, as a “natural continuation” of it, making the house rather flat but extremely flowy. The inward pool-facing façade is all glass, bringing in dramatic amounts of natural light into the already bright space. Outwardly, the building faces the breathtaking Sierra Calderona mountainscape.
