British Artist Richie Culver Speaks to Crane About His Latest Work

Hull born artist Richie Culver sits down for a follow-up chat with Crane TV. Having spent time living in London, New York and Berlin he recently found himself in the port town of Stavanger, Norway, showing his latest work at the Skur2 gallery. Described as “an outcome of the tensions between binary cultural and social opposites – provincial vs. cosmopolitan; cash-strapped vs. affluent; art museum highs vs. street-cultural lows,” Culver discusses hometowns, moving cities and discovering new techniques.
