See this X-Shaped Concrete House in the Hills of Cabrils, Barcelona

Cadaval and Solà-Morales built this concrete home on the hills of Cabrils, Barcelona, last year. Making use of as much unoccupied land as possible, the architects structured the building with an X-shape to maximize the expanse and angle variety of the views below while simultaneously isolating the home for privacy from neighbors. Upon entering the house from the rear of the top floor, occupants can enjoy floor-to-ceiling window views of the outside as well as their sub-level private pool. Browse the gallery.
