Workwear fans, rejoice: the tag team of Woolrich Woolen Mills and Mark McNairy return this Fall 2014 with a new collection that, in the words of Joshua Rich, Executive Vice President of Woolrich Inc., ”[moves] the needle when it comes to design and craftsmanship.” Launching a preview today at (capsule) New York, the Woolrich Woolen Mills Fall 2014 collection features great casual takes on the heritage of Woolrich’s past: varsity jackets and long coats get contrast colors in red and yellow. Work shirts and caps are also previewed.

Is any of this shit relevant or interesting anymore- the guy calls himself a designer… please!!

You would think Woolrich would have had the sense to terminate that contract with McNairy and get someone worthy in again. He is the most overrated designer of the past few years.

I agree with both Sy and db4! McNairy is by far one of the worst designers I have ever seen….It’s truly a mystery as to why Woolrich continued with him…My guess is Daiki is not into it anymore and/or nobody else with talent is either….The quality of McNairy’s own brand is pure garbage and after having seen the FW14 WWM myself a few days ago…That was not far off…He’s basically just a hack…
