Salone Internazionale del Mobile displays an installation by Nendo for COS on the brand’s symbolic white shirt. The installation uses “the white shirt as a canvas” which is hung and framed among thin rectangular steel frames that represent Nendo’s “rational design approach.” The shirts, cascading and color-blocked in gradient black and gray, flow throughout the space as if to visualize the unchanged classic nature of the white shirt throughout time. Watch the designers of COS and Nendo dish on the installation below and view it at Via dell’Erbe, Milan, open through Sunday, April 13.
