Dubbed the “Kinda Special” (it’s right there on the leather tag folks), Roy Slaper of Roy Jeans has released a new model, the KS1001, sitting somewhere between a slim and straight cut for those after a happy medium. A deep indigo dyed 8 times, the rigid 13.75oz custom loomstate denim comes from the knowledgeable makers at Cone Mills and is expected to wear in beautifully. As you’d expect from Roy, the devil is in the details, tin plated brass buttons, chain-stitched ‘Roy’ embroidered on the interior, all made by the man himself in Oakland California.
