See the Mid-Century Turned Contemporary Pool House by +tongtong

Nestled in the backyard of an ordinary Toronto home is a contemporary minimalist pool house. Revamped by +tongtong, what was, at one time, a captivating mid-century interior is now a modern multi-purpose space decorated with a lively bright orange back wall and a 14-foot wooden coffee table retrieved from the Panama Canal. To complement the interior, the design firm created textural and visual contrasts on the facade by replacing most of the stone walls and floors with cedar planks. A mere few steps away from the in-ground pool, this outdoor private housing unit is perfect for a weekend of complete relaxation.
