The Mercedes-Benz Classic Center is an on-going project that shares some of the very best classic automobiles from the German firm’s 128-year history. Their latest Classic Center project restores a 1930s 540 K Streamliner, a vehicle originally produced for tire manufacturer Dunlop to test high-performance tires. Notable for its unique aerodynamic form, the 540 K Streamliner’s design was considered futuristic by many at the time.
