The signature grey jersey has become an emblem for Gap and thus Colette has commissioned several french brands to create their classics using the grey fleece.

The latest one to be released is the Longchamp Pliage Bag, an all-time classic. The Colette x Gap x Longchamp Pliage bag is now available in the Colette online store for 90 Euros.

When first launched Australia's Colab definitely brought a new element into the sunglass market. Something that we had previously seen on t-shirts and other pieces was now also apparent on sunglasses - artist collaborations. The idea seems rather simple at first, but Colab goes much further than just slapping a logo or a graphic onto the sunglasses, rather creating a complete story and all that in the highest quality one can wish for.

The chosen artists for Season 2 include Australia’s Dmote, Geneviève Gauckler from France, Josh Petherick, Marok and Tonite/Fergadelic.
 
Each style has been designed, created and manufactured under the watchful eye of these artists ensuring there is no compromise in the development process. The new collection will be in stores sometime in September. From Colette in Paris to United Arrows in Japan, you can expect the line to pop up in pretty much every storethat is at the fore front of fashion and style. Sounds cheezy, but it's true!

Recently there has been a resurgence of an appreciation for pure aesthetics, especially in the bag market, with the likes of Filson and Extex. Manufactum's Folding Travel Bag is a perfect example why some things will always be great. It's a travel bag that folds down to a height of only 7 cm and will fit into any case, yet expand into a really big bag. It is made from tough linen; the opening is reinforced with leather and the leather shoulder straps can be adjusted by means of brass buckles to a length of 73 cm. When in use, the bag is 67 cm wide and 48 cm high, big enough for all the souvenirs you can collect on a long journey, yet small enough to classify as hand luggage on a flight. And at home you can use it for shopping. And it's made in Italy to boot.

J. Lindeberg is one of those brands that we always had mixed feelings about. If you ever have the time, make sure to research the designers history and involvement with the success of Diesel, it is very interesting. 

A couple of years ago one started seeing these J.Lindeberg belts with big buckles and not necessarily stylish people (and a lot of people) were wearing them at the time and that sort of left a strange after taste. Also we did not really enjoy their Puma collaboration that appeared in the Puma Black stores.

Today we came across their new Fall 2008 Golf Accessories and we have to admit that we like them. The design is clean and overall subtle and it is a worthy update to the otherwise not very exciting golf market in terms of design. Via Openers.

If you are in the need of some quality luggage or bags, Jack Spade is also always worth having a closer look at. We just came across their new Lochcarron collection. It comes in blue plaid on the exterior and offers messenger bags, tote bags, computer envelopes and also a luggage tag. In case the bags are too much plaid for your eyes, we suggest you go for the luggage tag and add some style to you worn out leather duffle.

With offices in Los Angeles and Copenhagen, Rubber Duck has some idea of international style. Their sunglasses are named after two big party towns, Miami and Las Vegas. While we were in the latter, we checked out the line. 

The Miami is build of hand made acetate with CR39 toned glass lenses. It follows a more or less traditional "wayfarer" style. On the Las Vegas model, the same materials are utilized for a full lens, offering more coverage.

The messenger bag came back really strong in recent years, also due to the continued excitement about biking and especially fixed gear biking. We have seen messenger bags and bag collaborations from a number of brands over the last couple of seasons and there were many nice ones in the mix, nevertheless we have to say, this new Undercover bag is something else.

The bag comes featuring a fully embroidered upper, also featuring metal coin applications, hinting at an overall native design. It is not the bag that everybody will be into, but there will be many out there that love it. And you can be pretty sure, that nobody around you has anything like it.

While at Project we were able to preview the new EO collection from Incase. Inspired by pioneering baggage companies, like Japan's Visvim, the set includes a duffle, an overnight tote and a messenger at core. A series of accessory options allows for innovative storage and expansion. Of course, a laptop sleeve is also part of the collection. 

The aesthetic is "sophisticated and casual." Black, green and white color choices are available. Each is made of NanoSphere fabrics by Schoeller Textiles AG of Switzerland. These are naturally self cleaning and eco-friendly.

Finally somebody takes the soccer scarf a little more serious. On your next visit of the stadium, you can add a bit of style to your outfit, by adding a quality Rogues Gallery soccer scarf to it. They come in two colorways and are now available in the Rogues Gallery online store.

Martin Margiela presents his first ever pair of sunglasses. They have been made in collaboration with Italian eyewear brand Marcolin. L’incognito, shown here above, is made from a solid piece of Polycarbonate. The lenses mimic the censored bar motif that the house has used in its catalogues and look-books for years.
