During my last day at AGENDA Show in San Diego, Frank and I took our regular morning run for a breakfast burrito at Lucy’s. While sitting there, we met Tim from The Park who introduced us to some of the finest “quasi-vintage” jewelry we’d ever seen.

Phenomenal Beyond Description (Japan) uses US minted coins from 1960-1964 (those with the highest silver content produced by the US Mint) to form and develop a jewelry line like no other.

Designer Kazz, who is based in Japan, re-purposes US silver coins to form braided silver bands, rings, and even press skull works. How he keeps his supply of coins streaming is anyone’s guess.

We’ve included some preview photos of the Sping 08 offer. Be sure to visit their website for even more soon.

Well worth checking out: www.pbd.ne.jp .
