This summer, and into fall, the Museum of Design Atlanta is focusing on the local. Made In Georgia explores the rich tradition of Industrial Design in the state, and features past product design, as well as works in progress. An analytic approach to Georgia’s designhistory seems really fruitful as the artistic community is vibrant and the corporate entities some of the worlds most influential (coke, etc).
The exhibition is curated by Claire Davis, Design Manager for Coca-Cola and President of IDSA Atlanta. She worked in cohort with the Industrial Design Department at Georgia Tech.
