APRIL77 Mens Fall/Winter 2008

Brice Partouche founded APRIL77 as "a tribute to youth movements, counterculture and lifestyle." The APRIL77 brand has garnered a good deal of attention since those days and continues to push mens fashion in a forward lean while reminding the youth of today or the good times past. The APRIL77 fall/winter collection, "We Lived Our Lives in Black" continues this trend. "Influenced by suburbian England, Scotland and even Ireland in the mid 1980s – early 1990s, the soundtrack to this collection is Shoegaze, Britpop, Dreampop made by autistic teenagers, working class youth torn by religious and political conflicts…"
