Calvin Klein Man Returning to NYC Runway

DNR is reporting that he Calvin Klein man is coming is returning to NY runways at least for one season. The Manhattan-based brand will stage a full-scale fall ’09 men’s runway show in the city next February, during New York Fashion Week. The show will replace Calvin Klein’s usual Milan runway show, and will be in addition to the women’s show staged in New York during the week. The move is meant to help commemorate the brand’s 40th anniversary this year, give a boost to the men’s collection business in the U.S., and expose it to retailers and press who don’t usually get a chance to see the show in Milan.
