Selectism - Whyszeck Fall/Winter 2008-2009

Fashion designers and musicians are not such a different breeds. They make and construct a product that will hopefully be viewed, heard, and even discussed by persons with interest. But recently, the crossover comes full circle with some record labels becoming fashion labels – and amazing they work. Whyszeck of Sweden is not a record label but a band who turned fashion label. Since 2004, Fredrik Pira and Christian Cerna have been collaborating in music and fashion. Chosing the common theme for Fall inspiration, the British mod movement, Whyszeck brings parkas, rigid denim, and more to the mens market.
