New York Magazine has a nice interview with the man who, for better or worse, changed the whole suit game back in the 80’s. Armani’s suits (which were first featured in American Gigolo) led to an entire generation of people wearing their suits loose and it took Hedi Slimane to make Slim fit fashionable again. The interview asks him about his importance within menswear, suiting up Chelsea FC and his home line, Armani Casa.
