Our good friends at Freeman Transport in Montana are dropping a new waxed cotton five panel hat this coming April. Rain gear fans will appreciate the wax coating on these caps which will keep your head dry or sun proof depending on the conditions. The cap comes in olive and is made in Los Angeles. Pre-order now from Freeman Transport.

More detailed views of the Freeman Transport Five Panel Waxed Cotton Cap after the jump.

  1. I can’t help but think waxed cotton is the wrong material to make a cap from. I have a similar cap from Barbour and it’s really uncomfortable to wear, it’s too stiff to properly fit the shape of my head. It does work well on bucket/fisherman’s hats though.
