miharayasuhiro spring summer 2009 front Miharayasuhiro Spring/Summer 2009

Mihara Yasuhiro may be well known for his footwear collections, including his ongoing co-branded line with Puma, but we should not sleep on investigating his clothing line - Miharayasuhiro. For Spring/Summer 2009, the Miharayasuhiro line offers energy through color and drapery. The fashions look to be placed rather than worn by the models. It’s street centric with that Japanese edge.

Many more looks from the Miharayasuhiro Spring/Summer 2009 collection after the jump.

grenson for odin shoes front Grenson for ODIN Oxford Shoe and Chukka Boot

ODIN New York expands their reach by working with Grenson on two excellent shoe models – a chukka boot and a canvas oxford. We’re pretty much in love with both models. The chukka boot looks to be made from full grain leather on the upper and finished nicely in black, while the oxford – the stand out model – is finished in black canvas with brown laces and a full wood heel. Very well done.

Desert Boot lovers are gonna be spoilt for choice this summer. Everyone and their grandma has one version of the shoe, so we’d be surprised if this shoe style doesn’t blow up this coming season. These Officine Creative boots have a nice slouchy look about them, which at least makes them different from all the other desert boots out there right now. Get it from ASOS.

Patrik Ervell is one of those designer who would have been considered too formulaic a couple of years ago but because the ‘current economic climate’™ has changed fashion’s outlook, he’s been pushed more to the forefront. This air jacket is a great piece, enhanced even further by Opening Ceremony’s great styling (arguably better than the runway styling). Get it from Opening Ceremony.
