Skrepkus Paper Clip

Despite a stated love for staplers amongst some of our readership (MW, that’s you), paper clips find work at Selectism’s mid-Atlantic HQ. The Skrepkus paper clip elegantly incorporates three sizes into a single tool, minimizing desk clutter and dressing up shoddy manuscripts. Art. Lebedev studio is responsible for the design. The firm aims to “find the most simple, elegant and convenient solution to any problem without losing the purport.” Here, the ideal is achieved. (via Daily Icon).

It is getting warmer and while we should be focusing on spring and summer, Opening Ceremony continues to receive stock from Japan’s Master-piece line. Known for their travel bags, this classic mountain parka is a great look for under 700$US. Should last a few seasons. The zip off sleeves are a nice bonus.

ACL comes through with views of the Autumn/Winter 2009 collection from Sweden’s Fjällräven line of outwear and rugged gear. I have to say we’re also in love with this brand. “the fall collection from Sweden’s Fjällräven is, as a good friend says, tasty. Fjällräven — which literally translates to arctic fox — was founded in Sweden in 1950. The company has remained loyal to its roots and many of the designs have been the same since their introduction in 1960’s.”

Pantone Laptop Bag

pantone laptop bags Pantone Laptop Bag

If you’ve got an eagle eye, you may have spotted these bags in our preview of Pantone’s store. These are billed as multi-purpose bags, but they’re essentially just laptop bags. The bags are canvas but be warned – it has a velcro enclosure. If you’re the type that hates the sound of velcro, avoid this bag at all costs. If not, then you can get this from Pedlars for a very reasonable £46.
