Alain Silberstein iKrono Blue Ring Watch

alain silberstein ikrono blue ring watch Alain Silberstein iKrono Blue Ring Watch

Luxist is reporting about another Colette exclusive. Alain Silberstein’s iKrono Blue Ring Watch will be sold exclusively through the Parisian boutique this Fall. “Alain Silberstein, a designer who makes quintessentially French watches has developed the iKrono Blue Ring watch for the ‘concept design’ store. Little information is known about the new watch… Alain Silberstein watches almost always feature the iconic blue, red, and yellow color scheme with corresponding square, triangle, and circle shapes. You can tell how fluidly that has been incorporated here. The watch case is unique for featuring a square base with a round case and ‘lefty’ oriented pushers and crown.” Is it lefty oriented or just diver inspired? More as we get it.

Aside from materials, everything from the initial blocking to the finishing trim is made entirely in New York.” Look for them next week at Marc Jacobs stores. (hypebeast)

Rogues Gallery, Dogfish Head Squall IPA

rogues gallery for squall ipa ale beer Rogues Gallery, Dogfish Head Squall IPA

Ah yes. Memorial Day weekend in the USA! That means food. And beer. Lots of it. Rogues Gallery properly prepares us for the coming long weekend with the announcement of their Squall IPA. “Developed hand in hand with Sam Calagione and the master brewers at Dogfish Head Brewery in Milton, Delaware. The collaboration brings together the hard-worn New England port town perspective of Rogues Gallery and the artisinal brew-mastery of Dogfish Head.” In some regard, I would have assumed they would have brewed locally but 750ml champagne bottles are good from all ends, including Delaware. Here’s hoping there’s a bottle coming my way this June.

Look for a small run of Squall IPA shirts at their online store.

thirdfloor fall winter 2009 00 Thirdfloor New York Autumn/Winter 2009

Anthony Hendrickson and Cedric Haughton are the minds behind NY’s latest “high end” fashion line, Thirdfloor. Thirdfloor New York fuses “futuristic regimental chic with an eternal youthful edge.” The collection is inspired by “abstract armory, disobedience within a private academic environment and recurring issues of mental entrapment.” (williamyan)

rachel comey autumn 2009 01 Rachel Comey Footwear Autumn/Winter 2009

There’s been previews of Rachel Comey’s AW09 collection before, but now we can show you an in-depth look at the collection. Rachel Comey’s move into men’s footwear was always a bit of a surprise to us, but what’s more surprising is how covetable they are. This collection continues in the same vein as previous ones, with the Cooper, Derringer and Flint shoes all making a reappearance. There’s also more boots included, which look like a good alternative for those who don’t want a pair of red wings but do want a shoe that’ll cope with adverse weather.

Take a look at the collection after the hop, skip and jump.

churchs autumn 2009 totes Churchs Autumn/Winter 2009 Tote Bags

We know we said we’d show Church’s AW09 collection today, but we’ve decided to hold it until next week. As our constant forays into unobtainable Japanese clothing shows, we like to tease. Shoe lovers will be glad to know we’ve got Rachel Comey’s AW09 collection later on today. Anyway, about these totes. They’re well made, sturdy and could be worked into a younger man’s wardrobe (which can’t be said for most of Church’s accessories). Church’s have been pretty under the radar as far as the heritage thing went, but now Tres Bien are stocking them, look for the blog love to grow considerably.

There’s been OneTrueSaxon’s casual tailor store, 143 Presents (where you can get those covetable Silver Spoon sweatpants custom made) and now Richard James has got in on the act. The tailors store has opened in Liverpool Street, London and offers discounts of 30% upwards. You’ll have to hurry though, it finishes today.
