We covered Seavees a while back but ACL brings us word of the latest “All White” model. “White is the basis for all 587 colors found in the original PMS guide” as they mention on the product site. We love them for what they are not. Simple, to the point, wearable and priced nice at $110.

spyker suv 00 Worlds Most Expensive SUV for Sale at $300,000

What I love about Luxist picking up on the sale of this SUV is not the price but that the one of the  Spyker D8 Peking-to-Paris looks to be house in the Boston area. I may have to go check it out myself. “One of the very first models of the Spyker D8 Peking-to-Paris, the world’s most expensive SUV, is being offered for sale via global online luxury marketplace JamesList for about $300,000. Made by the Dutch supercar company, the Peking-to-Paris was originally styled the D12 and and featured a V12 engine in concept form, but will be fitted with a V8 for production.” Look for production models to hit the roads around September.

Kids House by Studio Mama

kids house front Kids House by Studio Mama

When I was a youth I had a bed tent that transformed my sleeping quarters into an A-Team Van. Studio Mama has devised a classier option. The Kids House is a fully integrated sleep space, hiding space, and even exterior art gallery. Functional, fun, and probably cooler than your adult bedroom. (via DecoJournal).

ska face T Magazine | Ska Face

For fans of that “rude boy” look of the British scene, NYT’s T Magazine published a great editorial entitled, “Ska Face.” “A rude-boy-inspired men’s-wear fashion story, photographed by regular T contributor Alasdair McLellan, and styled by Beat Bolliger, is now live. Featuring natty designs by the likes of Raf Simons, Dries Van Noten and Comme des Garçons, the shoot recalls the disaffected masculine glamour of early English mods and skinheads who later embraced ska, a musical genre that originated in Jamaica in the 1950s.”

Fred Perry for Andy Murray Tennis Kit

fred perry andy murray 00 Fred Perry for Andy Murray Tennis Kit

Ah yes. Seeing as we tend to cover the footie angle of sports fashion, we believe it proper to cover Fred Perry’s latest tennis kit for Andy Murray which will be showcased at this year’s Wimbledon, which also helps celebrate their 100th anniversary. The Murray outfit looks to be grand with pieces ranging from performance shirts, v-neck sweaters, and even a tennis bomber!

“In celebration of the centenary year of Fred Perry’s birth, Murray has worked closely with Fred Perry designers to develop a blend of performance and heritage product referencing classic Fred Perry kit from the 1950s and 1960s. The kit features a full range of clothing from a white collared performance shirt and tailored shorts to an ivory cotton cable v-neck sweater, white cotton tennis bomber jacket and white kit bag.”

WDN Exclusive | A.P.C Autumn/Winter 2009 Boots

apc autumn 2009 boot 01 WDN Exclusive | A.P.C Autumn/Winter 2009 Boots

Here’s an exclusive from our relatives over at What Drops Next, where you can get an in-depth look at new products before anyone else. This weeks mail out takes a look at A.P.C’s AW09 boots.

A.P.C. has always been a favorite here at WDN, mainly because the brand understands well that quality and solid design are the two main characteristics to meet in today’s market. Too many times one gets excited about a line that disappears quicker than it has appeared. We are slowly pulling out of the current recession and that makes people, including us, turn once again to brands that we know that can be counted on.

We specifically take a look at this great boot from A.P.C.’s Autumn/Winter 2009 Collection. The leather boot goes ankle high and features a slight used look on the upper. The leather sole just underlines the high quality of their build. The leather boot can be worn with your perfect pair of chinos, as well as your favorite denim. Though it seems dressy at first, we see these boots going well with a simple t-shirt, as much as with a nice shirt and blazer.

Once again, A.P.C. proves that they are very aware of their customer’s tastes by presenting some beautiful boots from their Autumn/Winter 2009 Collection. As mentioned before, it is a brand that one can trust 100% and we appreciate that!

Take a look at detailed shots after the leap.
