These exclusive  design offerings will highlight various aspects of Nice Collective’s design process and will not be sold at any other locations.”

One of the first products to enter The Storeroom is this handmade Scrap Metal Leather Combat Boot. The Scrap Metal version “is hand-buffed with used motor oil and infused with tiny scraps of engine metal.” Be sure to check the site for other items.

The sensible shoe answer would be that you could add some life to that pea coat you bought last year and stopped wearing because it got played out real quick. You could sew it onto a plain sweater. The article makes it two sale pieces already. And it’s only just turned lunchtime (if you’re UK based). Despite all appearances, we’re actually a bunch of tightwads. While we do recommend you buy some pieces from your local boutique during normal season, we also understand that you’ve got funds to look after and you can’t spend all of it on clothes. So that’s why this Haversack blazer is such a good deal. Given that it’s a pretty heavy wool we’d probably buy this as a keeper for autumn. It’s still not H&M cheap, but it’s an amazing deal for the quality of product. Get it from Oki-Ni.

Sale alert! There have been a few sales starting up around town, but Opening Ceremony’s sale is the first proper – as in not those silly ‘private’ sales – one by an online retailer. We liked OC when it was full price, so having prices halved makes everything that much more desirable. Take this nautical-flavoured jumper for instance. It’d go great on those annoying days where it’s sunny, but not quite warm enough to just wear a shirt. Get it from Opening Ceremony.
