After some local legal rambling in Japan, Jil Sander has announced the formal name for their upcoming collection for UNIQLO, +J. The two brands “had to find a creative detour around the fact that fellow Japanese firm Onward Holdings Co. Ltd. owns the designer’s former fashion house and retains commercial rights to her full name.” The +J Collection will show itself at UNIQLO flagship stores and on the label’s online store.
