If the new Yankee Stadium is about preserving and honoring heritage, the Dallas Cowboys new playing field is about a different sort of tradition – doing everything bigger in Texas. As owner Jerry Jones puts it, the stadium is about the “wow factor.” It’s three times the size of the teams former home, and equipped with some serious bells and whistles, including a massive 20 yard line to 20 yard line screen and handsomely appointed club area.
