Pretty impressive from our friends at Billykirk. They boys have teamed up with American footwear company, Sebago, for two Billykirk styled shoes – an oxford based on an authentic dockworker shoe (previously sold only in the EU) as well as a deck shoe inspired boot. Choice colors as well. Well done fellas. Look for them on billykirk.com around November 1st.

kitsune spring summer 2010 preview 00 Kitsuné Spring/Summer 2010 Preview

The Spring lookbook previews seem to keep flowing. Last week, Kitsuné previewed part of their Spring/Summer 2010 collection with it’s golf inspired “18 holes” theme. Kitsuné remains focused on their take on the traditional menswear look. We move Autumn’s varsity inspired cardigans to course appropriate gear that remains youthful throughout. (slamx)

More preview looks from the Kitsuné Spring/Summer 2010 after the jump.

Topman Neon Suits for Work (NSFW)

NY Mag points us to Topman’s NSFW suits available as part of the Autumn collection. The five “Neon Suites for Work” are available in bold shades of magenta, bright turquoise, eggplant, royal blue, or lime green. You have options in this color wheel of suits. “Sure they may not fit in at every office, but our models felt right at home when they test-drove the goods. The vivid suits aren’t for everyone, but we certainly can’t wait to see the brave fellows who rock them come fall.”

Brimfield Antique Show

A favorite of the Selectism editorial staff, the Brimfield Antique Show opens for its July session today. The largest antique show in the USA, Brimfield’s outdoor market attracts dealers from around the world to the Massachusetts town. Whether you are a casual or a keen collector (of pretty much anything) Brimfield is likely to offer a rare find.

The July show runs the course of the week – to July 19, 2009.

Dunderdon Autumn/Winter 2009 Outerwear

dunderdon autumn 2009 outerwear 01 Dunderdon Autumn/Winter 2009 Outerwear

Here’s a first look at some of Dunderdon’s AW09 outerwear. We’ve got the rest of the collection, but we’d break the internet if we posted it all at once. When we think of winter dressing, we think of great coats. The right one can smarten up or casual down (that’s not a real phrase, but we like it) any outfit and Dunderdon have the right mix to satisfy our needs. If there was one knock against this collection, it’d be the styling, but the pieces themselves would suit any number of looks.

Thomas Meyerhoffer Surfboards

For the last five years, Thomas Meyerhoffer has been tinkering with a new design for surfboards. The hourglass shape melds the stability of a longboard with the quickness of a shortboard. This makes the ride a little easier on the novice or recreational surfer.

Outside of surfing, Meyerhoffer has developed product for Apple, Porsche, and Sony Ericsson. (via DB).

Wintle for Marks & Spencers

wintle autumn 2009 bowties Wintle for Marks & Spencers

Vogue (via Men.Style) turns us on to the news that menswear designer Jsen Wintle will be collaborating with Marks & Spencers. This will be M&S’s first foray into a menswear capsule collection and it’ll include leather biker jackets, cable knit jumpers and pea coats.

‘Perception is reality’ is an often used phrase (which we’re sure we’ve just mangled) and it applies perfectly to Marks and Spencers. Despite selling many on-trend pieces (boat shoes, brogues, loafers, merino wool sweaters) they’re seen as old and fusty by most customers.

While we’re a little taken aback by the idea of biker jackets at Marks and Sparks, we’re anxious to see the final outcome when it launches in September.

MHL By Margaret Howell Zip Cardigan

mhl margaret howell zip cardigan 01 MHL By Margaret Howell Zip Cardigan

Here’s another great sale pick from ASOS. Unbeknownst to us, ASOS have actually been stocking MHL by Margaret Howell – a brand that’s been receiving a lotta blog love lately. You have to wonder why ASOS don’t promote brands like this more thoroughly instead of writing fake interviews with Steve McQueen.

This zip up cardigan is on sale elsewhere, but this is the cheapest price online (as far as we could find) and all sizes are available. So hurry up before it sells out (like that Velour cardi we put up yesterday). (ASOS)

You know the drill, check after the leap for a look at the grey colourway.

Wrath Arcane Spring 2010 Preview

wrath arcane spring 2010 preview 00 Wrath Arcane Spring 2010 Preview

Wrath Arcane sent over some preview looks from their Spring 2010 collection. We should have some real world shots of this collection during (capsule) NYC, so check back for more. The title of the collection, “Let the Golden Age Begin” is pulled from one of my favorite Beck tracks. Looks have slight drape to them. Of interest is the classic tee re-interpreted as well as their off center waxed cotton motorbike jacket.

More previews from the Wrath Arcane Spring 2010 collection after the jump.
