On September 9, 2009, Timberland will debut a new premium hand-sewn collection at Saks Fifth Avenue. The New York retailer has partnered with the New Hampshire based Timberland to introduce a select collection of styles produced in the Dominican Republic (note: all hand-sewn Timberland’s are made in the DR). A special pop-up shop will be in place at Saks during New York Fall Fashion week. After that, look for the collection to land at Sak’s flagship locations around the United States.

Too bad the new “premium” collection does not use premium leathers here. How about upgrading the looks for a true premium product.
