Apartamento | Richard Lamb The Everyday Life Collector

London Design week usually means a slew of special events popping up all over town and this one is no different. One of our favourite magazines, Apartamento, are hosting an exhibition in London next week. They’ve joined forces with Richard Lamb, a hobbyist pottery collector, to display his personal collection of pottery and ceramics. Lamb has been collecting pieces found from thrift stores, car boot sales and antique markets for 15 years, building up a formidable collection. You can buy pieces if you like, although there’s no word on pricing (read: too expensive if you need to ask). The exhibition runs from 11am-6pm from the 21st to the 27th of September. 1-5 Exhibition Road, South Kensington, SW7 2HE.
