Bed Stu Black Prego Boots

Selectism - Bed Stu Black Prego Boots

Take a look at this well done pair of boots from Bed Stu. The 5 eyelet lace up “prego” boots are finished in “antiquated” black leather and will work with just about anything you place them with. Perfect for Autumn, even nicer in the Winter. OAK has them for 210$US.

More macro looks at the Bed Stu Black Prego Boots after the click.

  1. W. Melton:

I won\’t deny that those look great, but I own a pair of Bed Stu boots and I\’ve learned they\’re a lot nicer to look at than to wear. The upper is cut really really oddly, you can tighten it a little bit and then the sides overlap, leaving your ankle loose and moving around inside the boot. The sole is wood, which I guess is charming, but utterly impractical for a boot in the winter (or the rain, or any kind of bad weather that you would want to wear boots for) plus, within four months of recieving them, the sole started separating from rest of the boot and needed to be replaced as it squeaked horribly. Considering that they were nearly $200 (and advertised as being handmade…in Mexico), I expected a lot more in the quality department. I\’m getting rid of them and buying a pair of MiE Doc Martens, I figure I\’ll have better success with them.

Might as well wait till they’re 19.99 on sale at Urban. Where you find the rest of the bed stu line. I had a pair of the oxfords and thats about what they were worth.

    How were the combat boots?
