Pierre Hardy Spring/Summer 2010 Trainers

14 October 2009, 17.30 | Posted in Sneakers | 1 comment »

selectism - pierre-hardy-spring-2010-trainers-01Pierre Hardy is bringing the D-ring back. The sharp among you will have noted that D-ring boots have been making inroads into the mainstream for a bit now, but Pierre Hardy is the first big name (and by that we mean the first ‘fashion’ designer, we know other brands have been doing it for a while) to really jump on the look. Colours vary from navy to a light pink and there’s even some D-ringed loafers in the mix. Elsewhere the song remains the same: high tops in suede, leather and the trademark Hardy trim.

Take a gander at the rest of the collection after the leap.

  1. Donald:

One could argue, if one was argumentative, that Camper\’s use of the d-ring on shoes might predate PH\’s use, and to a better effect.
