Bertus Armchair by Alain Monnens

selectism - Bertus Armchair by Alain Monnens

I’m developing a bit of an affinity for simple metal frames in furniture of late. The Bertus Armchair, designed by Alain Monnens for Durlet, fits the bill. A stitched leather seat slides into the frame, which provides both support and the armrests. The tilt of the armchair is also rather fetching. (via Daily Icon).

Secondary look after the jump.
