Hats are a tricky proposition. Sure, they fit in well on Mad Men, but that was when everyone wore hats – wearing a Don-esque hat now would only look like costume. And the Pete Doherty hat hanging off the head look? Don’t even think about it.

In between those two extremes is this Eugenia Kim hat, which is both old and new school. Old school enough to evoke memories of Mad Men, albeit more reminscent of the beatniks from season one than Don himself; new school enough to wear in this day and age without looking like a member of a Libertines tribute band.
