For those who refuse to buy CDs, this is the only authorized digital release of The Beatles Stereo Mixes in remastered form. You’ll get the track in FLAC (major nerd format which I happen to use) and your favorite 320k MP3s. Now, the package is basically sold out in the USA, but check around and you may be able to dig one up internationally. It comes (sold) out December 8th.

when i heard of this usb apple i wanted one. they only made 30000 each and it is sold out all ready. i belief it would be good idea to make more to meet the demand. those that all ready have one probley purchased more than one like concert tickets, now they can scalp for a profit. i had heard somewhere when the beatles were asked to play a concert for 56 million and they turned it down because of the fans would need to be pay too high of price and it would lock out most of the middle class and this usb apple is doing the same thing. price just under three hundred would require a preorder and layaway to be able to get one. make more i say and i will buy one and everyone should be limited to one mono and one stereo if both formats are around. if it is only stereo cool i perfer it anyway.

This USB is not locking out anyone. For abotu 120$US you can buy all the cds and rip them yourself if you feel that this is too expensive.
As for your quote about the Beatles not accepting 56mil for playing because fans would pay too much, I think the number was closer to 100 million and the Beatles answer was more like “whats the point.” It was a personal matter that had nothing to do with fans.
Also, neither the mono nor stereo box is limited anymore. they ended up making 15k or more of each box after the initial run.
