Knowing where to cheat in menswear is probably the easiest way to keep your wardrobe in (and bank balance) in check. Like shoes, a knitted tie is one area where you can’t cheat at. Cheaper knitted ties have a sheen to them that makes them look, well, cheap. Avoid the oversheen  with this polka dotted number.
