Selectism - The Generic Man Spring/Summer 2010 Shoes

Ah yes, The Generic Man returns with a collection slightly larger than past collection. The West Coast based brand stands proud with it’s old silhouettes by mixing up the finish and color while retaining some carryover SKU’s including the Savant, Tuxman,  Academy, and the Tuxman, of course. “All generic man footwear is crafted using the finest Italian materials, handmade in Portugal.” Dig through these photo and look for more colors and styles once they land in stores.

Many more looks from The Generic Man Spring/Summer 2010 collection of men’s shoes after the click.

  1. the perforated black shoe at the top of the post looks to be a shameless rip on a Fleuvog from seasons past (http://www.endless.com/John-Fluevog-Radio-FM-Perforated/dp/B0018ZDT1I). the rest are fairly unimpressive too… not to be a stone-cold hater.

  2. nick:

don\’t know what kevin is on, but these seem like the solid, well constructed, timeless type of shoes i\’d rock on the daily.

the fluevog radio shoe looks horribly made… love the generous amount of perf they\’re giving us. not sure if you can claim fluevog owns this silhouette, since it\’s one that\’s been around for over 50 years. while we\’re talking about fluevog, WTF happened to that company. back in the late 80\’s , early 90\’s… stuff was good. now most of the line looks like it\’s made for gypsy\’s and circus people

  4. these pairs are like winter shoes to me !
