The Lanvin is a straw hat with a ribbon detail that sits around the brim of the hat and has intentional frayed edging. The Maison Martin Margiela on the other hand, carries no ribbon, sinks more on the head and features a narrow brim. Price wise you’ll pay a bit more for the Lavin but the Margiela may do just fine.
