I personally love this take on the blucher from Alexander McQueen. Sure, there will be the commenters who will discuss how this is simply a shoe with splattered paint on it, but for those who recognize that not all things are as simple as they seem, you’ll appreciate the forward destruction of the classic silhouette. Made in Italy and available now at Barneys for 795$US.

You can try and spin it any way you want to with language, “forward destruction of the classic silhouette” the shoe is hideous and very contrived. As with most things that are unnaturaly splattered with paint the result is a complete disaster. In this case the result is as simple as it seems
You may have well hit it on the head.
