Despite all the fuss about bloggers at fashion shows, the internet, blogging and online magazines are far from infancy. Whilst bloggers have found their format and stuck with it, online magazines are still in the experimental phase. One magazine that is pulling the right direction is 1000 Words, which is called so after that famous quote about photography. In a recent interview with stone thrower.com, Editor Tim Clark described his magazine as ‘an online magazine dedicated to highlighting the best of contemporary art photography in the UK and beyond. We are committed to showing the work of lesser-known but significant artists alongside that of established photographers in the aim of bringing their work to a wider audience’.
