Wings + Horns Ventile Field Mac Coat

Selectism - Wings + Horns Ventile Field Mac Coat

Quality is what you think of when you try on a Wings + Horn piece. We’re assuming this coat is no exception. “100% cotton micro herringbone twill double vented field coat with hidden six button front closure, four front pockets (two flap pockets with button closures and two curved patch pockets just above them), and taped interior seams and shoulder lining. Made in Canada.” Be aware  W+H fits their garments for tiny humans. Size up appropriately. Blackbird!

  2. larssss:

I’m a small in this piece from wings+horns, and I’m a small from most other brands. I’m surprised that blackbird would say that wings+horn runs small considering the brands that they carry. I am by no means a “tiny human.”

If you are planning on wearing an oxford and a thick sweater underneath this. then by all means, size up, but that could be said for pretty much any slim outerwear.

  3. As the owner of the “Ventile Fabrics” I am a little concerned that this Field Jacket is being sold under the pretence that it is made from Ventile fabric which it clearly isn’t. I have today seen a London company also advertising Wings and Horns Ventile Field Pants, again obviously not made from Ventile fabric. I would very much appreciate someone coming back to me and explain why my brand, which is a registered trademark is being used to represent an inferior fabric. I would also like to know where Wings and Horn are purchasing there fabric from. Is it a supplier that is selling it to them as Ventile?
