Tender Denim

Selectism - tender-denim-01

We’d heard about Tender for a short while now, but after finally seeing the collection up close we felt it was time to write about it. Headed by William Kroll, Tender is an English label who managed the none-too-easy task of cutting and making their denim in England – Leicester to be specific. They use 16oz Japanese selvage denim, dip dyeing  them to achieve a unique finish.

Elsewhere in the collection, they make a small range or short sleeve sweatshirts (they’re loopwheeled and made in Leicester), pullover work shirts and a couple of belts. There’s also a small collection of scarves, bandanas, pocket squares and ties made with the Hill Side. We’re showcasing the Spring/Summer 2011 range in this post, but their debut collection is available now on Superdenim.
