You know when it’s your last week of a job and you’ve already mentally left the place? That’s how we feel about summer. We know it’s still going on, but our minds are already in Autumn. Which would explain our current penchant for boots, especially the vibram-soled kind. Trend hoppers would say that these are already Kwame’d but let’s face it, most men’s clothing is far too expensive for anyone to be caring too much about whether it’s ‘in’ or not. (Tres Bien)

I guess my post didn’t pass “moderation”. So I’ll write a note for whoever does the “moderating”. I commented that my Yuketen boots began to fall apart after 3 days. This is true. I can email you the shipping info, pictures etc. If all this website exists to do is cheerlead poorly made but well marketed products than go ahead an delete my comment. I bought the boots from Need Supply for over $500 and they didn’t last 3 days before seams started to split. Yuketen say that the split seams (failed stitches) are “non-structural”, so don’t require repair or replacement (shock). THREE FUCKING DAYS FOR SO CALLED “HAND MADE BOOTS”! Come on… Get a conscience!
