Believe it or not, we’re not (and never have been) bored of workwear clothing. We’re just bored of all the other mess that comes with it (dullards, people pretending to be experts, coffee). But we still like the clothes, especially pieces like this Carhartt chore coat. It’s not a crazy piece, but it is a crazy facilitator. Ts(s) have been doing the blog rounds for a while now (being related to blog demigod Daiki Suzuki will do that to you) and now it’s finally available in the Western hemisphere. Context picked up a sizeable amount of their collection and, while pricey, it’s a doozy. Our favourite piece is this country house blazer, which is just casual enough for our tastes. It’d work well on a layer-worthy day like this – perfect for sitting in a fancy independently owned cafe, sipping a mocho-choco-ocho-cinco-latte. (Context)

London’s POSTE shoe store celebrates their 10 year anniversary with a new “limited” collection of footwear for Autumn 2010. The collection of “10 styles, [are] themed around a colour palette of aluminium, tin and black onyx. Textures are experimental and varied, with Suede dipped toes and structured cut out uppers. Pewter is washed on distressed leathers, all over studs make a statement and twisted panels offer a 3D texture.” Expect various collaborations shortly to extend their celebration.
