Carhartt, a staple in American workwear manufacturing, shows us how to make lined work vests. The “Arctic Quilted Lined Vest” is an amazing piece for Fall and comes in a couple different colors. This “sandstone duck vest features a nylon lining quilted to arctic-weight polyester insulation.” The vest is “constructed of tough 12-oz. 100% cotton sandstone duck with plied yarns. Some features: inside pocket with hook-and-loop closure, 2 large quilted front handwarmer pockets and a drop tail in back, elastic side tabs at waist and a rib-knit collar.
